LG GREETINGS
Hi Division 9 West! My name is Isabella Franco, and I am so excited to be serving as your Lieutenant Governor for the 2026–2027 service year! I am currently a Grade 12 student at Richview Collegiate Institute and have been involved in Key Club since grade 10 when I helped create the key club in my school with one of my closest friends! I am so excited to take on this role and work alongside all six of our amazing Key Clubs throughout the year!
As LG, one of my biggest goals is to create a stronger sense of community between our clubs and make sure every member feels included and excited to be part of Key Club. I hope to encourage more collaboration, create meaningful service opportunities, and give members opportunities to meet and learn from other Key Clubbers across our division. I am especially excited for our Fall Rally in November and our upcoming division-wide mural project with our Key Clubs and Kiwanis sponsors! I am looking forward to making new memories, meeting so many incredible members, and seeing the impact we can make together. I can’t wait to see everything Division 9 West accomplishes this year! Reach out anytime at lgdiv9west.ecdkeyclub@gmail.com!
Hi Division 9 East! My name is Sharon Kim, and I am so excited to be serving as your Division 9 East Lieutenant Governor for the 2026–2027 service year! Key Club has been a fundamental part of my high school experience because it connects so strongly with my passion for serving and supporting my community. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the amazing members and clubs across our division this year.
As Lieutenant Governor, my goal is to strengthen the sense of connection, spirit, and involvement across Division 9 West. I hope to increase engagement through social media, especially Instagram, create more chances for clubs to connect through service projects and in person weekend events, and maintain consistent communication through online meetings. I also hope to help expand Key Club by chartering at least two new clubs and supporting inactive clubs as they work toward becoming active again. I am especially excited for our Fall Rally in November, where members from across the division will have the opportunity to meet, celebrate Key Club spirit, and make lasting memories together. I am also looking forward to division-wide service initiatives and seeing the unique impact each of our clubs creates in their own communities. Please do not hesitate to reach out, share ideas, or get involved whenever you can. I cannot wait to meet everyone and see what Division 9 East accomplishes together!

Together, these clubs represent a diverse group of student leaders united by a shared commitment to service, friendship, and positive change.
Division 9 is incredibly grateful to have the support of our amazing Kiwanis sponsors, who help guide and encourage our Key Clubs throughout the service year. With their support, our members have the opportunity to take part in meaningful service, build connections, and grow as leaders. This year, we are looking forward to bringing our six clubs closer together through division-wide events, service projects, and opportunities to connect with fellow Key Club members. We can’t wait to see what our division accomplishes together!
Formerly known as Division 5, Division 9 was created in 2026 following the alignment of the Key Club divisions to the Kiwanis divisions. It primarily covers the GTA. The two Lieutenant Governors of Division 9 are Isabella Franco (Division 9 West) and Sharon Kim (Division 9 East).
