Hey Key Clubbers!

Welcome to another service year! The Eastern Canada District Board is beyond thrilled to announce this year’s District Leadership Training Conference on October 1st, 2022!

What is DLTC?

DLTC is an annual conference held by the Eastern Canada Board where Lieutenant Governors and District Executives provide some ‘key’ information to ensure you have a successful service year.

The conference is mandatory for all club executives and highly encouraged for general members, especially those planning to run for higher office!

Where to register?

Please register for the conference using this link.

The Deadline to register is Thursday, September 29th! So make sure to do so as soon as possible!

What to expect?

There will be several workshops throughout the conference where you will get the opportunity to: learn about your position in Key Club at positional workshops, choose a service project to do, learn about ECD Key Club’s preferred charities, as well as some Key Club How To’s.

When is DLTC? What are some important times?

DLTC will be held Saturday, October 1st 2022.

The call to order is between 10:00 AM-10:20 AM EST, so make sure to come during this time so as not to miss anything!
There will be a 40-minute lunch break between 12:40 PM-1:20 PM EST.
The closing session and adjournment are between 2:10 PM-2:30 PM EST.

Etiquette

When you are not speaking please mute yourself to reduce excess noise.
We would love it if you turned your camera on! It creates a more social connection and gives a face to which others can connect your name!
Before entering the call, be aware of your surroundings (lighting, background, and noise).
Any and all verbal abuse, harassment, or discrimination will NOT be tolerated towards our hosts and participants, you will be kicked out of the meeting if this occurs.

Questions?

If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to our District Governor, Maria Eileen, through email at governor.ecdkeyclub@gmail.com or Instagram at @maria.wheelerrrr!
