The District's Goal

The Eastern Canada District of Key Club International  goal this year to reach 50 clubs.

The long term goal is for every Kiwanis Club in Eastern Canada to sponsor at least one Key Club.

Thirty-nine Kiwanis clubs now sponsor a Key Club in ECC. We invite the 117 clubs who do not sponsor a Key Club to join a winning team of service and leadership.

The Eastern Canada Key Club district is the winner of the Key Club International Bronze growth award in 2010 and the district includes 42 clubs with over 1200 members in 6 provinces. The Key Club experience is all about Service Leadership and is student run. Stop by our workshop to learn all about becoming a part of this success story and taking action for the future of Kiwanis.

How can you create a new Key Club in your High School?

Well it's simple, all you have to do is contact the Eastern Canada District Governor Jordan Dunlop (dunlopj@keyclub.ca) with your interest in Key Club. Governor Jordan will set you up with a Divisional Key Club LG and a Kiwanis LG who will help you every step of the way in creating a new club.  See Start A Club - Key Club International for more details on starting a Key Club.

Not sure if creating a new Key Club in your High School is for you?

Even if you are just playing with the idea in your mind you should still contact Jordan Dunlop (dunlopj@keyclub.ca). He will be able to help you out with any concerns you have and will make sure your High School gets the Eastern Canada District package on how to create a new club.
