1. Bilingualism

• Improve communication between the French clubs
• Start up a “Translation Committee”
  

2. K-Family

• Strengthen the Circle K and Key Club relationship
• Exchange materials for the benefit of both clubs
• Promote one another
• Coordinate activities together
  

3. Improve Communication

• Between the District with Clubs and Advisors
• Between Clubs and Advisors with the District
  

4. Increase Membership

• Reach 50 clubs in District
• Help out new clubs as well as struggling clubs
• Word of mouth
• Getting ourselves in the local press, media
• Promote it to advisors, administration staff
  

5. Leadership Service Opportunities

• Work in collaboration with Key Leader events
• Get Key Leaders to start Key Clubs
• Partner with other service organizations
• Promote Key Club International grants
